BLUEBIRD inspired by Elizabeth
by Lola Bayle
My design was created with Elizabeth’s travels in mind. In reading Elizabeth’s blogs about her adventures and personality, I added a little wild, a little refined and threw in a little adventurous to create her custom floral arrangement. The softness of bluebirds with roses, ranunculus and the perennial flowering shrub Scotch broom make an interesting and individual design just for her.
Flowers and materials featured: Orange and peach roses, pink spray roses, pink ranunculus, pink centers of gerberas, purple dahlia, succulents, Scotch broom, catmint nepeta, Russian sage, variegated dogwood, maiden hair fern and rose pine cones

THE FLORIST’S INSPIRATION
About the Blogger: Elizabeth
Elizabeth is a graphic designer, photographer, writer, adventurer, dreamer, fledgling gardener, dog mom, interior decor junkie, and Winnebago enthusiast. She started her blog Delightfully Tacky in 2008 to share her personal style, creative endeavors, travels, life and all kinds of lovely things. Elizabeth is a not-so-reformed tomboy with a love for vintage, art, design, cooking, decor and the charm of tacky, kitschy things most often found lingering in the ’70s. In 2010, Elizabeth embarked on the journey of a lifetime, leaving her home in Anchorage, Alaska in her 1973 Winnebago Brave, to travel across country. She now lives in Tacoma, Wash., with husband Daniel and bebe corgi, Dusty.
